What can we do
Example #1: A Swedish company was awarded a project in Thailand. They need to post 20 employees in Thailand to complete a system replacement, and it needs to start next week.
The process of incorporating a company and obtaining necessary licenses and approvals would require considerable time, and it would delay the project. Instead, the Swedish company can engage us to employ the 20persons it needs to perform the work in Thailand.
We would provide work permits and visas for the employees, handle tax and social security requirements, and if required, run local payroll. We can accommodate any period of employment.
Example #2: An American company wishes to have a representative in Thailand, but does not want to establish a local entity through which to do business. In order to avoid the need to establish a local employing entity, we could employ the representative. If there presentative is foreign, we would provide a work permit and visa for there presentative.
Moreover, we would handle tax and social security requirements, and if required, run local payroll.
Example #3: A German company wishes to launch a large operation in Thailand. They need to go through the process of incorporating a company and obtaining necessary licenses and approvals. Given the nature of the business, the process of getting established will take around six months, but the client wants to launch operations much faster than that.
The client can launch its business under our umbrella, whilst at the same time, we proceed with incorporating their new Thai company and handling applications for necessary regulatory approvals. Before the new Thai entity is ready to conduct business, we can employ personnel on behalf of the client.
For each foreign staff, we would provide a work permit and visa. Moreover, we would handle tax and social security requirements, and run local payroll.
After the new Thai entity is established, we would assist with transfer of the employees to the new Thai entity.
