What can we do

Example #1: A Swedish company was awarded a project in Thailand. They need to post 20 employees in Thailand to complete a system replacement, and it needs to start next week.
The process of incorporating a company and obtaining necessary licenses and approvals would require considerable time, and it would delay the project. Instead, the Swedish company can engage us to employ the 20persons it needs to perform the work in Thailand.
We would provide work permits and visas for the employees, handle tax and social security requirements, and if required, run local payroll. We can accommodate any period of employment.
Example #2: An American company wishes to have a representative in Thailand, but does not want to establish a local entity through which to do business. In order to avoid the need to establish a local employing entity, we could employ the representative. If there presentative is foreign, we would provide a work permit and visa for there presentative.
Moreover, we would handle tax and social security requirements, and if required, run local payroll.


The Initial Fee
The initial setup fee ranges from THB 20,000 to THB 100,000.

The Ongoing Fee
Depending on your requirements there are two possible ongoing fee options:
1. Flat fee of 10,000 a month plus tax and social (Social: Employer and employee combined THB 1,500) - (client handles payment to staff)
2. Flat fee 15,000 a month + staff's gross salary + Employer's social security contribution (THB 750) - (SWP manages payment to staff member)
